Product Information
Is your product child safety certified?
Yes, Superspace has passed the official children's safety standards for the UK and USA (UKCA and CE).
Due to the magnets, we take child safety very seriously. Our patented secure magnet casing system means that even if the casing is removed from the panel the magnet will be very hard to remove.
However, the magnets would be dangerous if swallowed.
We encourage parents to check their Superspace often for loose or broken parts and take away panels with broken parts from children.
What are the Superspace panels made from?
Superspace panels are made using a really neat material we call Eco Felt, which is produced from recycled plastic bottles!
In fact, there is the equivalent of 130 x 330ml bottles in every 22 panel Big Set.
This makes the panels hard wearing, durable and easy to wipe clean (we recommend simply using a damp cloth).
What ages is Superspace suitable for?
We designed Superspace to appeal to a wide range of ages from 3 years right through to 10 years and above (even adults!).
Because of the endless range of creative builds and structures possible from forts/playhouses, spaceships and boats through to shops/cafes and stages for plays and puppet shows there are really no age limits!
How many of each panel shape do I get in a 24 panel set?
The Big Set (24 panels) includes:
- 10 x squares
- 2 x square windows
- 6 x triangles
- 4 x trapezoids
- 1 x rectangle
- 1 x rectangle window/door
What colours does Superspace come in?
We are currently offering 5 colours: orange, turquoise, blue, charcoal and pine green. If you click into the product information you can see images of the different colours.
What are the dimensions and weight of the 24 set packing box?
1000mm (40") x 500mm (20") x 192mm (9").
It weighs 12.5kg (27lbs).
What are the sizes of each of the panels?
The thickest part of each panel is around 1/2" (1.2mm). Each side of the squares, squares with windows and triangles are 20" (50cm). The long sides of the Rectangles and the Trapezoid is 40" (100cm) and short side is 20" (50cm).
What is the difference between a 24 Panel Set and a 22 Panel Set?
In September 2024 we updated the configuration of our Big Set to include four more Squares at the expense of two Trapezoids and swapped a Rectangle for a Rectangle Window/Door. This new configuration also lifted the price to $399.

What countries do you ship to?
Are the moment we are shipping to the US and UK only- but are hoping to extend to other countries soon. To ship to the UK go to the Superspace UK store
What are shipping costs in the US?
We can ship to any US state or region from this Superspace US store - but not further afield.
We have standard shipping charges across the contiguous US states for each product. For our main products these are:
- The Big Set - Free Shipping
- Rectangles Add-on Pack: $20 per set
- Squares Add-On Pack: $10 per set
For Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories we have real-time rates calculated at checkout. We don't set these rates - they're straight from UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska or other US Territories?
Yes we do - we have real-time rates from courier companies linked directly into the shipping cart. We don't set these rates - they're straight from UPS, FedEx and USPS.
Please note that we do not offer Free Shipping to any US locations outside the contiguous States (Lower 48).
Product Safety
Are the magnets dangerous?
Neodymium magnets (or “Rare Earth”) have an inherent risk associated with them. However these magnets have been evaluated and passed by our stringent safety and quality control tests. There is no risk of a magnet being exposed to a persons skin.
Those with electronic medical implants and pacemakers are advised to keep their distance from strong magnets. Magnets can also affect diabetic pumps if in close contact.
Will the magnet effect my TV, phone or laptop?
We have tested TVs, phones and laptops and they are fine with these magnets. It’s best to keep your credit card from touching magnets however as they can wipe them (but only if really close).

How does the referral program work?
When you refer a friend to Superspace, you’ll receive a unique referral link to share. Once your friend makes their first purchase using your link, they’ll enjoy an exclusive discount, and you’ll earn a reward too! It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us grow the Superspace community.
I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received my coupon yet. Is there something I need to do?

Refer-a-friend coupons are emailed to you 7 days after your friend makes their first purchase with Superspace.
If it’s been more than 7 days since your friend placed their order, please reach out to our customer care team via our contact page, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
Not at all! The more, the merrier. You can refer as many friends as you’d like and earn rewards for each successful referral.
What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?
We issue referral rewards after a referred friend completes a valid purchase. If their order is canceled or returned, the reward won’t be issued.
Can I use my referral coupon with other discounts or promotions?
Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Additionally, the reward requires a minimum purchase of $150 to be applied.
What happens if my friend forgets to use my referral link?
For your referral to count, your friend must use your unique link at checkout. Unfortunately, we’re unable to track referrals retroactively, so encourage your friends to use the link directly
How long does my referral reward coupon last?
Your referral reward coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it’s issued. Please note, the coupon can only be used on purchases of $150 or more.
How will I know if my friend has made a purchase?
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your referred friend completes their purchase. It’s always exciting to see the Superspace community grow!
Can I refer friends who are already Superspace customers?
Our referral program is designed to introduce new families to Superspace, so rewards only apply when referring new customers.
